Insurance and Inspection

Our equipment is fully insured and inspected by the State of New Jersey. We are inspected annually by the Department of Community Affairs. We are happy to provide a certificate of insurance with your order.

Deposits

Parties Are Us Rentals must receive a deposit of 50% at the signing of the customers contract. Deposits are non-refundable. They can be used towards any future event valid 1 year after the original event date. Unless other arrangements are made such as a purchase order, a deposit is always due when signing the contract. The remaining balance must be paid at the start of the customers event.
Deposits and signed contracts must be received within 3 business days to reserve your reservation with us, otherwise you will forfeit your reservation with us.

Payment

Parties Are Us Rentals accepts all major credit cards. Credit cards are subject to a 4% processing fee. Other options include check or cash.

Inclement Weather

In the event of inclement weather, if a customer provided a rain date on the contract and the weather is unsure they could ask to use their rain date instead. This decision to use a rain date needs to be made 24 hours before the event start time as stated on the contract. If the weather is unsure and you tell us to come out to the event & it rains, the full amount is still due regardless if equipment was used or not.

Parties Are Us Rentals reserves the right to cancel any event due to unsafe working conditions, foreseen weather conditions, high winds exceeding 20 mph, heavy rain or any conditions Parties Are Us Rentals deems unsafe.

Grounds

All inflatables must be secured on level ground: grass, asphalt, concrete, or indoors. The customer will ensure the set-up location is free of all sticks, rocks, animal waste, or any other objects that could damage the attraction. We do not set up on gravel, rocks or sand. It is the customers’ responsibility to mark any sprinkler systems. We do not set up under telephone or power lines. Any gate openings require a 6ft wide entrance. Any door entrances should be 6ft wide and a double door entrance.

Power Supply

A dedicated 110v plug, per unit, must be within 50-100' of set up location for each blower. All rentals are accompanied by a company 50’ or 100' 12/3 gauge electrical cord. We cannot run power over 100' to keep from damaging the blower and ensuring the appropriate airflow to the inflatable. Please note that some attractions require more than one blower. If you cannot accommodate the appropriate power source we can provide a generator for an additional cost. If you have power concerns contact us at 973-812-8385.

Water Supply

If your rental requires water, the attraction must be within 100’ of a water source. Multiple wet units set up in a single location will require individual sources to each unit. A standard garden hose is more than sufficient. .

Delivery

We will arrive 1 hour in advance to your event to set up. For larger events the arrival time may vary. Please review your contract with approximate arrival time. All prices for inflatable rides include set up, and delivery within 15 miles from 07424. Anything over 15 miles from our location will result in a travel fee.
